
How to appeal a Parking Charge
​If you have received a Parking Charge and believe that it has been incorrectly issued or that there are some circumstances where a cancellation is warranted, then please appeal to SmartPark 360 in accordance with the instructions below.

Appeal your Parking Charge
All appeals must be submitted in writing via email. Appeals should be submitted within 28 days of the delivery of the Parking Charge and whilst under assessment, the value of the charge will not increase.
You will be unable to appeal if the charge has already been paid. Supporting evidence should be attached to assist with an appeal. If an appeal is unsuccessful, details to access the independent appeals service (POPLA) will be provided and 14 days to pay at the relevant amount. If an appeal to POPLA is made, the discounted rate will no longer apply, and the charge value will increase. POPLA are unable to review appeals that haven’t already been assessed by SmartPark 360.
